  • The White Ribbon Campaign: men working to end violence against women. Show your support and pledge, or get involved in one of the listed events.
  • UNIFEM’s annual 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence (25th Nov – 10th Dec) details international observances and campaigns. The actions and campaigns are self-documented on the Say No – UNiTE website. All activists are encouraged to write an account of their participation in the campaign.
  • Govan and Craigton Integration Network has a full schedule of events, focusing on the rights of women seeking asylum as a result of gender violence.
  • The Department of Health is launching an information campaign, with an information pack, posters and testimonials available.
  • Support Refuge, the domestic abuse charity, by fundraising, donating or volunteering a few hours a month.
  • Support Amnesty International’s Stop Violence Against Women campaign, and join the Women’s Action Network.
  • The joint website of the Women Against Rape and Black Women’s Rape Action Project details UK-specific campaigns to protect women and girls, including asylum seekers, from all forms of gender violence.
